The City of Eagle (click here to view their website) was incorporated in 1971 and is a small town of about 30,000 people located on the Boise River to the northwest of Boise. It features multiple golf courses, several parks, a trail & bike park, and the Boise Greenbelt extends all the way through town.
The public schools are part of the West Ada School District (click here to view their district website).
The average home price is higher than the average price in Ada County and new developments continue to progress to the west of the city. The community hosts pockets of developments including Legacy, Williamson River Ranch, Banbury, Two Rivers, and Lakemoor.
