  • Get website and blog online
  • Create basic blogging strategy – why publish blogs, who are the target readers at this point, and how will is benefit readers
  • Create an initial blogging template
  • What kind of social media do I enjoy and think will support this type of blog
  • Update Linked In profile
  • Create an about.me page
  • Comment on at least 1 article

  • How I selected the type of blog and hosting platform
  • How did I choose my blogging strategy and the types of social media that will support it
  • Nutrition: lemon water in the morning
  • Fitness: the use of Fitbit, My Macros+ and Beyond the Whiteboard
  • Fitness: additional strength programming, initial assessment and goals
