Goals for January 1-7, 2017

Happy New Year!

This week is going to be about getting back on the right track. Last week didn’t go so great in terms of accomplishing goals. So I’m focusing on getting back in to the normal routine of things.

And, it is a new quarter and a new year so I’ve set some longer term goals to go along with weekly and daily goals.

Goals for the year

  • Run a sub 6 minute mile (start of this year is 6:23)
  • Get Fran time under 5:30 (start of this year is 6:05)

  • Run a mile in under 6:15
  • Decide if Twitter is a better medium than Instagram

Came up with a good meal plan with a target of a balanced 5,000 calories for the two days I was gone. But the execution was not great. I’m certain I ate closer to 6,000 cals that were mostly carbs.

The week got busy to say the least. So this week will be about getting back on track: getting back to networking. Getting back in the gym. Getting back to work.
