Each quarter my brokerage, Amherst Madison, produces a quarterly report on the area’s real estate market. The report includes Ada County, Canyon County, Twin Falls County, Elmore County and Gem County. It then digs deeper in those counties to break out new homes vs. existing homes. And for Ada and Canyon Counties, you can also see a break out by each city.

Additionally, I have taken the most recent data from March 2018* and put together some simple graphics comparing Ada County, Eagle, and Meridian. Here, we look at new and existing home sales and their median sales price, the number of homes sold and days on market. You can also see a comparison to how things were going in March 2017.
