Step 1 – Do research to gain a working knowledge of your home.
Step 2 – Gather supporting material such as CCR, HOA and title documentation.
Step 3 – Do a market analysis and make pricing recommendations.
Step 4 – Prepare and stage your home to give the best possible first impression.
Step 5 – Create professional photography and videography as needed.
Step 6 – Build out the property’s narrative through marketing materials.
Step 7 – Launch your property’s listing in a way that will give it an enormous splash in the market.
Step 8 – Syndicate your listing through all the major search portals. These include Zillow, Realtor.com and Leading RE. Your listing gets exposure to the local market along with 600 brokerages in 50 countries across the globe.
Step 9 – Show the home, collect offers, negotiate terms on your behalf in a way that works for everyone.
Step 10 – Facilitate a smooth closing including escrow, home inspection, appraisal and title work.
